Our exceptional territory , with its rich and unique soils, allows us to take advantage of singular terroirs, favourable to the production of wines with character.
Thus, our terroirs allow us to produce natural, rich and complex wines, with qualities that are widely recognised by critics. This unique typicity has built the reputation of our appellations, between Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Beaumes-de-Venise and Muscat-Beaumes-de-Venise.

Our vines are planted on a plateau, on Garrigues soils, at an altitude of about 80 m, on a terroir consisting of red clay mixed with rolled pebbles. . These are rather arid terroirs of low vigour, very exposed to the Mistral wind.
We are engaged in viticulture that respects our terroirs in order to preserve this beautiful natural heritage.
We don't use any chemicals products, our parcels are ploughed or mowed; natural compost nourishes our soils, and minerals such as copper or sulphur and plant infusions protect our harvests.

Concerned about respecting at best our terroirs and the typicity of our wines, our estate is certified in Organic Agriculture and Biodynamic practices.
Our vineyard has been cultivated without weed killers or chemical treatments for over twenty years. In order to respect the rhythms of nature, our soils are ploughed periodically and maintained with organic compost in the autumn. The protection of the harvest is done only with natural products such as sulphur, copper, plant infusions and biodynamic preparations since 2010.
